ORDERING

To place an order please either email info@tasarsailing.com or phone +44(0)1590 678699.   We do not currently operate an e-commerce website.

DELIVERY

We send items by first class Royal Mail or courier to the UK and all European countries.  We aim to keep almost everything in stock and to send out your order within 1 to 2 days.  Alternatively you are welcome to visit our shop in the New Forest.
 

Most orders can be sent by Royal Mail and we charge a flat rate of £5 for items sent to a UK address.  If your order is either large or heavy and cannot be processed at the Post Office, our standard courier charge to mainland UK destinations is a flat rate of £10.00 per order.  There are a few exceptions, e.g. a lower mast or a trolley and for any other destinations, such as UK Highlands & Islands, Europe and ROW, please contact us for a quote.

Couriers deliver Monday to Friday, Royal Mail deliver Monday to Saturday - if you know you are usually out during the day, please ask us to send your parcel to a different address when you place your order as a signature may be required.

PAYMENT
We prefer payment by BACS transfers, the details for which are on your invoice.   Otherwise we accept Paypal, VISA and Mastercard. Please note that goods remain the property of Signal Locker until payment is received in full.

PRICES

Prices are quoted in £ Sterling including VAT (currently 20%) and are believed to be correct when published.   However, we reserve the right to make amendments without prior notice.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee:  if you are not completely satisfied please let us know and return the goods as soon as possible, undamaged and in a saleable condition to Signal Locker, 9 Stanley Road, Lymington SO41 3SJ.
